Traynor YCV 40 Custom Valve 40 Reviews 5

I choose this amp because it has a great vintage sound even in the clean channel. The sound is very clear and powerfully. If you don't know that it is a 40W Tube Amp you wouldn't guess that it has the 40W Tube Power. I bought in a music store in Gießen (Germany) for 715€ (730$)

I like the sounds you can create with it. In the clean Channel you have a very clear an warm and powerful sound. It sounds like an old Fender Bassman I think. In the 2nd Channel or Gain Channel. There you can create much distortion and Overdrive sounds. You can play like AC/DC and Manowar or Metallica and Bon Jovi. Great crunchy and powerful sound! Fantastic. To play solos and Lead playing you can push the boost button. This channel pushes the gain sound. Then you have a great sustain.

I don't know what to write under this topic. Maybe it would better the amp has 2 12" Celestion Speaker.

The amp has one 12" Celestion Red Label Speaker and 40 Watt tube power with 2 Sovtek 6L6B and three Sovtek 12AX7A Tubes. If you don't know that it is a 40W Tube Amp you wouldn't guess that it has the 40W Tube Power. The construction is very solid and comfortable.

The Traynor YVC40 is a great tube Amp to play any kind of music. You have a clear and powerful clean sound a crunchy Gainchannel with the boostchannel to play solo. If you don't know that it is a 40W Tube Amp you wouldn't guess that it has the 40W Tube Power. The construction is very solid and comfortable.
